-Agreed-upon Procedures

-Evaluating, testing and writing of internal controls

-Accounting assistance

In addition to attestation services various non-attestation services can assist in the increased operating and financial efficiency of your organization.  The writing, implementation, review and/or testing of your internal controls can provide value to your organization in multiple ways including reducing the risk of loss of your assets either by error or fraud.  Agreed-upon procedures provide an opportunity for the CPA and management to decide on a non-attestation engagement that is tailored and the best course of action for that organization at that time.

-Individual tax returns

-Small business tax returns

-IRS representation

-Tax planning

Tax preparation and tax planning should go hand-in-hand.  As new IRS regulations are implemented the goal is notify clients of changes that effect them so they may have an opportunity to make any financial adjustments to help minimize their individual tax liability.  Each individual taxpayer is unique and the tax planning for each one of them should be unique to their individual circumstances. This approach is effective for both the individual and small business taxpayer.  IRS representation is an extension of the tax preparation services that we provide.  IRS representation includes payment arrangements, reduction of penalties, offer and compromise and other services based on that taxpayer’s need.

There are three levels of attestation services a CPA may provide when evaluating your business’s  financial statements and they are: audits, reviews, and compilations.   Each level of attestation services provides a different degree of assurance to the accuracy of your financial statements.
